• The content of the advertising module shall comply with the requirements of Federal Law #38-FZ ‘On advertising’ of March 13, 2006 and other laws and regulations related to advertising¹.
• The advertised activities, illustrations and text information that are placed in the advertising module shall comply with the thematic of the edition.
• Fill colors that affect the logo of the edition and therefore the logo is hidden, looks deficiently contrast or unattractively shall not be used in the advertising module.
• Creation of illustrative background shall be done by space complicated graphical subjects made in raster programs. Flat solid plates of uniform fill and graphic elements done in vector programs and images represented as simplified symbols shall not be used.
• Text information shall be simply and laconic. Jargon, slang and discordant acronyms are prohibited. It is necessary to approach minimum necessary volume of text information, not to overload the advertising module with it, and present advertising information in associative way.
• If the advertisement submitted by the same advertiser is repeated it shall be different from the one published previously, regardless the period of time between the publications.
• Original layout of advertising module shall be approved in the Editorial office not later than one month before the publication. The Editorial office reserves the right to refuse publishing the advertising module if it finds that artistic and esthetic content or quality of implementation does not meet these Requirements.
